Cookie policy of Tailor Made Media S.r.l.: the cookies used on this site, their purposes and how to manage or withdraw your consent at any time.

Scope and last update

Cookies are small files stored by the browser. localStorage can retain a value after the browser closes, while sessionStorage normally lasts only for the current browser session. The controller is Tailor Made Media S.r.l.; this policy was last updated on 26 July 2026.

Current storage inventory

  • Theme preference: the first-party localStorage value tmm-theme remembers light or dark mode until you change it or clear browser data. It is not used to track browsing across sites.
  • Chat and interface: first-party sessionStorage keeps temporary guest history, a temporary conversation reference, popup/view state and dismissed interface hints for the session; localStorage may remember an interface preference chosen by you. These values are not used for analytics or advertising.
  • iubenda CMP: the configuration for siteId 2988583 and policyId 32226457 uses first-party cookie or browser storage identifiers needed to remember whether the banner was shown and the choices made, so the site can respect and document them.
  • WordPress authentication: the sign-in area may set wordpress_test_cookie and, after login, cookies such as wordpress_logged_in_ and wordpress_sec_ to authenticate and protect the session. The public client area currently offers no “remember me” choice: the website login uses a non-persistent session. These cookies are not set merely by reading a public page.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile is not currently configured and therefore sets no anti-bot cookie or storage through this site.

Categories and legal basis

Necessary storage includes authentication/security, chat session operation and the consent record itself. Preference storage remembers a choice you expressly request, such as theme or interface mode, and is not used to identify you across services. Under applicable ePrivacy rules these functions do not require marketing consent when strictly necessary to provide the requested feature.

  • No analytics or audience-measurement cookies are currently active.
  • No advertising, remarketing, social tracking or profiling cookies are currently active.
  • Google Fonts are not requested from Google servers, and YouTube or Vimeo videos are not automatically embedded or loaded. Any future non-essential technology will be blocked until the required choice is obtained and this policy is updated.

Manage or withdraw choices

The iubenda panel can be opened at any time through the permanent Cookie preferences link in the footer or the on-screen preferences control. There you can review, change or withdraw any optional choice with the same ease as it was given.

  • Browser settings can block or delete cookies and site storage. Clearing storage resets theme and chat preferences, removes temporary guest history and may sign you out.
  • Blocking WordPress authentication storage prevents login but does not prevent reading public pages.
  • Because no analytics or advertising purpose is active, refusing optional purposes does not reduce the public content available.

Duration, providers and changes

  • sessionStorage values last for the browser session unless you clear them sooner; localStorage preferences last until changed or deleted.
  • Authentication cookies for the public client area last for the browser session; any WordPress administration cookies follow the duration configured in the backend.
  • iubenda consent storage lasts for the period shown in the preferences panel or until it is reset; the panel provides the current provider and duration details.
  • The current third-party consent supplier is iubenda. No analytics or advertising supplier receives data from the site at present.
  • This policy and the iubenda inventory will be updated before any new non-essential service is enabled.

Cookie choices and preference evidence

When Iubenda is available, the platform records a random preference identifier, date and time and IP address to document the choice. Iubenda technical access logs may include IP, user agent, referrer and HTTP headers for up to 15 days; preference evidence may be retained for up to 5 years unless the controller sets a shorter period or deletes it. Iubenda processes these data on TMM’s behalf under its data processing agreement.

If the Iubenda banner is temporarily absent, for example because of network unavailability or plan limits, the TMM panel shows the necessary-only state and stores only on the device the localStorage key tmm-cookie-choice-v1 with the choice, version and date. The value is not sent to TMM, does not enable trackers and can be removed by clearing site data.
