In one sentence, what is Vokira?
It's the AI that runs your front office: it answers customer questions from your real content, captures every contact, moves everyday operations forward (like starting a booking, an order or a document draft) and, when a person is needed, hands over with a ready-made summary. The difference from a "chatbot" is that it answers grounded in your content and acts within clear rules, not at random.
How does it work on the phone?
When the phone channel is in scope, the flow is simple: the assistant listens, transcribes what you say, interprets the intent and responds, in seconds and in the caller's language. It answers from the company's governed knowledge and, when needed, hands the call to a person.
Can the AI make up answers? How do you prevent it?
It's the most legitimate concern. Vokira answers from the company's real sources (governed knowledge): when it doesn't know, it doesn't improvise — it captures the request and hands it to a human. This is the standard mechanism for reducing made-up answers: retrieve from controlled sources instead of "guessing."
Does Vokira act on its own? What if it gets an important action wrong?
Vokira performs the operations you enable, but on the actions that matter — payments, external sends, sensitive operations — it never proceeds without confirmation: it first shows you a summary of what it's about to do, then acts only if authorized. Where something blocks it, it prepares a draft and points to the next step, instead of causing damage.
How does the handoff to a human agent work?
We define the rules together: when Vokira must stop (sensitive topics, off-manual cases, explicit customer request). On handoff, the agent receives the full transcript and a summary of the problem, so the customer doesn't have to repeat anything. It's the "AI-assisted, human-led" approach.
Is it safe for my data and designed for GDPR? I manage multiple clients or locations: does everything get mixed up?
It's designed with privacy by design and for GDPR compliance: access controls, interaction logs, data separation per workspace and clear rules on who can see what. And no, nothing gets mixed up: Vokira is multi-workspace, so each client and each location has isolated knowledge, configuration and data, with no cross-contamination.
